Dave L. Neville Biography and Profile
Dave Neville has been practicing law for nearly two decades in California. He has extensive experience in corporate and business matters representing individuals and business entities. His representation has included counseling on a wide range of issues, including business formations, mergers & acquisitions, taxation, bankruptcy, contracts, employment, intellectual property, real estate, wealth preservation and securities matters.
His litigation experience includes trials, appeals, administrative proceedings, mediations and arbitrations.
After living in San Francisco for 10 years, Dave moved to Ojai in 2002 with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Dave enjoys surfing, reading, baseball and keeping busy with family activities.
